| | | | Favorite Body Wash?!? | | Hello Friends & fellow MyLotters! Every morning I HAVE to have a shower before I face the day (well shower and have my morning coffee that is). So I was just wondering for those of you that also love body wash which one is your favorite? For the longest time I used Adidas Cotton Milk body wash, but for some reason they either stopped making it or the Walmart here stopped selling it for whatever reason. I then went on to trying other body washes to find my new favorite and once I tried Dial Cranberry body wash with AntiOxidant Pearls I was hooked![em]thumbup[/em] I LOVE the smell! In fact the first time I used it my hubby came in the bathroom and said "Wow something smells good!" When I told him it was my new body wash he said "Oh it smells yummy!" I think it does too ... almost like candy![em]lol[/em] Because it has the AntiOxodant Pearls and it has daily skin defense & extra moisturizers (yes I'm reading the bottle so I get my info correct). I never have to worry about my skin drying out! My skin stays fresh and soft all day, I stink pretty all day, and I just LOVE it! If you are looking for a new body wash I would definitely recommend it![em]wub[/em] I am enclosing a photo so... | |
| | To bath or not to bath? | | Okay so a friend of a friend asked me how often I give my children a bath. Now my daughters both have exema and if I give them a bath everyday, their skin drys out and it doesn't matter what I put in the water. So I switched and started giving them a bath every second day. Now the girl I was talking to really insulted me. She said that more experienced parents give their children a bath every day because THEY know that their children get dirty. I was really offended. I do not let my children go to bed dirty, I alway make certain that if they are dirty I wipe them down with a warm wash cloth. Now I don't know about this women, but I don't let my kids roll around in the dirt or anything so it's not like I am making them sleep in their filth. I need to know am I being a bad parent because I don't give them a bath everyday?
How often do you give your child a bath?
Have you ever had someone make you feel like your a bad parent because you don't do something the way they do?

| | Remedy for hands | | My 6 y/o for a few weeks now, has had this chafing on the tops of his hands..When I first noticed it, I put some Vaseline on, but it burned. I don't know if this is from the cold, and he says it doesn't bother him, but it looks horrible, but I don't understand why Vaseline would burn, I thought it was mild.
I also want something safe, since he does put his fingers in his mouth, but also something that is easy to find, but not expensive..Any ideas??? | |
