| | Milk in your diet | | As I love drinking milk I came across this following which I thought I would share as I have been told it would make you fat and had no real benefits.
As we became older, many of us shucked the idea of drinking milk either because we felt we were too "grown" to have to drink milk, or because we had become conscious of our figures and felt milk would have a detrimental effect on that part of us. In lieu of milk, we switched to other dairy products or vitamins in order to still receive the correct intake of Vitamin D and Calcium.
Strangely, the analogy here is that if we went through that much trouble to still receive the benefits of milk, we knew that there was something in milk that our bodies were able to utilize. | | Favorite Body Wash?!? | | Hello Friends & fellow MyLotters! Every morning I HAVE to have a shower before I face the day (well shower and have my morning coffee that is). So I was just wondering for those of you that also love body wash which one is your favorite? For the longest time I used Adidas Cotton Milk Body wash, but for some reason they either stopped making it or the Walmart here stopped selling it for whatever reason. I then went on to trying other body washes to find my new favorite and once I tried Dial Cranberry body wash with AntiOxidant Pearls I was hooked![em]thumbup[/em] I LOVE the smell! In fact the first time I used it my hubby came in the bathroom and said "Wow something smells good!" When I told him it was my new body wash he said "Oh it smells yummy!" I think it does too ... almost like candy![em]lol[/em] Because it has the AntiOxodant Pearls and it has daily skin defense & extra moisturizers (yes I'm reading the bottle so I get my info correct). I never have to worry about my skin drying out! My skin stays fresh and soft all day, I stink pretty all day, and I just LOVE it! If you are looking for a new body wash I would definitely recommend it!... | |
| | milk bath, anyone? | | I love using those milk body wash or even just hand wash. They say that milk softens the skin, which I notice too. Do you think it's true that milk does good things to our skin? What other ones do you know is good for the skin? | |
| | Body Wash Or Soap? | | I can't start the day without a hot shower and my Adidas Cotton Milk body wash. Are you a body was user or do you still use good ole soap? Just curious. | |
