| | milk bath? | | I heard that if you take a milk bath that your skin will be soft and silky. With the winter here my skin is becoming more and more dry no matter how much lotion I use. Is this true? What is it? How much milk do you have to use? | |
| | bar soap or body wash | | I consider bathing as a ritual. I enjoy taking long shower whatever the time of the day or even late at night. Bathing relaxes me.I also love all kinds of bathing products. Body wash is my favorite. I have no particular favorite product though because I like to try all the different products in the market. Since the first time I used body wash... I have never used soap bar anymore. I find it more convenient to use and I love the way it feels on my skin.Which do you prefer... bar soap or bady wash? | |

| | Don't fall asleep in the sun!!!!!!! | | Yesterday I went to the beach for the first time this year and made a common mistake that I think many of you have done once in your life. I allowed myself to get so comfortable that I fell asleep for 2 hours and needless to say I look like a tomatoe... I had on sunscreen, but since i fell asleep i did not reapply and if I tell you the pain I am in today, I can barely sit and stand. I had to come to work, but I am really hurting. Not to mention I am sooooooo worried about the skin damage I may have caused. I took a cool shower and loaded aloe on my body and today sprayed first aid sunburn spray which is soooooo greasy. I have been hearing so many things from others, like take an oatmeal bath, a milk bath, use vinegar... I don't what to do but I need to soothe the pain. What do you do when you have a bad burn? | |
