| | Entropy applied to society. Save yourself from this untoward generation | | Entropy in short is a law of thermal dynamics that says everything eventually breaks down. When applied to society today do you feel this is correct that societies themselves are breaking down or that we are moving up. Some would argue that because we live longer this alone means the human race is exempt from entropy. But is living longer the only real meaning of our human existence? Is it better to live a meaningful life than just to live long? The morals most societies held as being correct have been eroded to nothing. While some things like slavery and racism needed to be eradicated or things have occurred. Children are exposed to sexual images at a very young age in our multimedia world. On the other hand we now have more knowledge and can learn at a faster rate than ever and traditional methods of teaching are too slow for children to even learn by. For all of our advances in better ways to live there has been the negative side which we have also learned quicker ways to kill. So do you believe Entropy applies to humanity also? We always say 'We are future'.Indeed.We,the younger generation represents modern knowledge,new concepts,ambition and great desire for success.But,have youever thought of this question:how can we be successful in the 21st century, which is full of great challenges and fierce competitions?In my opinion,there are two important factors.
first, we have to catch the opportunities and face the challenges. China has successfully entered the World Trade Organization,beijing has won the bid for the 2008 olympic Games...If we want to be successful,we have to seizethese opportunities .SARS and AIDS,environmental pollution,growing population...We have no choice but to solve these problems with out own hands. Thus, catching the opportunities and trying our best to cope with the difficulties is necessary for us to succeed in the 21st century.
Secondly, we have to learn to cooperate and compete.Last year, when SARS waa spreading rapidly in China, scientists all over the world cooperated with each other and prevented the disease from spreading in a short period of time. | | New Generation: Who is your most favorite artist arould the world? | | Music really has evolve a lot nowadays, from michael jackson & madonna to backstreet & spice girls. Today, there are many kinds of music, retro, hiphop, funk, rock, hard rock, etc.In childhood, I listen to the music of backstreet boys and spice girls. And then for 3 years I've like Linkin Park:) (That was so long!) but now I like Kpop artist like DBSK, SuJu, SNSD, Big Bang, etc. First I liked it because it is a new genre for me after a long Linkin Park years but now I kinda have been addicted to it because in some way I can learn Korean:DSo, who your recent favorite artist? | |

I'd say that these unrealistiuc people expectations are entirely the fault of the porn industry, but I'm not sure that's true. Pin-up girls of the 1950's were usually at least a little overweight, averaging a size 9 or 11. And porn stars of the 70's usually went unshaven and were less oompa-loompa-ey in their skin color. So who's fault is it? How did porn get to be a plastic industry?
