I had never used one on my hair before until about a year ago when I was at the beauty salon getting my hair cut and the lady cutting my hair used one on me and it was amazing the difference it made my hair look!
I had been using a straightener that I bought at Wal-mart but I finally broke down a bought a Chi Hair straightener and what a BIG difference! I love the Chi!
